DUTIES

• Execute checklist for each check out 10am – 2pm.   

  • Staging: stage the home: decor, plants, furniture, pillows+throws

  • Kitchen: unload dishwasher, clean surfaces, stock amenities

  • Bathrooms: clean surfaces, shower, toilet, stock amenities

  • Laundry: clean, fold

  • Bedrooms: clean surfaces, make beds

• Take note of and report low stock of: toiletries, soaps, cleaning supplies, and other guest amenities.

• Collaborate on and work events and workshops.

HOST SKILLS

• Passion for art + interior design.

• Pays attention to detail. 

• Collaborative. 

• Takes ownership and pride in work. 

• Enjoys creating and catering environments to specific events. 

• Good communicator. 

• Motivated by the guest experience.

JOB RULES AND INCENTIVES

• Host will be paid hourly, $17/hr. Averaging 10-20 hours per week.

• Host will be paid a monthly bonus of $50 if all reviews that month are 5 stars.
